I believe we need a single-point-of-failure solution for that one family member that is condemned to set up and maintain all of the #devices a family uses.

They are not only shouldering an incredible amount of device #maintenance work.

They also need to maintain the highest level of composure when their clueless family members rant about how "intuitive" and "easy" it is to use those devices, because some genius #designer "thought of everything", so that "we" don't have to.
