* On average, we use less than 300 kWh per month: Around 200 kWh in warmer months and up to 400 kWh in winter. Not great, but not bad.
* Between PG&E and CleanPowerSF, electricity costs have risen from $0.30–$0.35 per kWh in early 2022 to $0.40–$0.45 per kWh recently.
* Some of this increase comes from opting into CleanPowerSF's SuperGreen plan, which claims to be 100% renewable and regionally generated (wind/solar). However, PG&E's delivery charges (and associated increases) still apply, which is frustrating.
* Our current electricity prices are among the highest in the world, which seems absurd, but probably makes sense considering PG&E's wildfire liabilities and infrastructure costs.
