Just wondering about the feasibility and difficulty of that. My phone is fine but laptop is an old model so can’t have the Advanced Data Protection function so wondering about the best course of action. Of course then my phone and laptop no longer sync. Rent some online storage at Hetzner. Get utterly confused while configuring restic. 2. Decide I want a nice, easy UI solution. Install Deja Dup. It works, but it won't store my password >> no scheduled backups. 3. Hetzner recommends borg, so I try that next. Futz with the storage. Try to configure Vorta as a GUI. Keep failing.
